Modern accents I think that what was relevant when the Voice of Russia first started is not at all relevant today. The Comintern is dead, the socialist or communist chimera has been obliterated. We are a mass media outlet, with everything that comes with it. First and foremost, today’s Voice of Russia broadcasts should be interesting.
