Poland’s energy market regulator UKE is auctioning five 800 MHz frequency bands and fourteen 2.6 GHz frequency bands, each 10 MHz wide, with preliminary bids to be collected until February 13, 2014, UKE said in a press statement. Each bidder can file only one preliminary offer, UKE said. The bids will be assessed based on the sums offered.
