From where I stand, Connexion , Fort Collins’ citywide gigabit fiber broadband service, will be successful because there’s a pent-up demand for an option other than the two incumbent providers. This demand is easily seen in the results of the November 2017 ballot issue that authorized the financing and construction of the network.
