KUALA LUMPUR: Northern Corridor Economic Region Socioeconomic Blueprint (NCER Blueprint) has envisaged the development of the northern corridor in three phases. Phase One, which started in 2007, ended in 2012 and will be followed by Phase Two (2013 to 2020) and Phase Three (2021 to 2025).
