MANILA, Philippines – Globe Telecom Inc. on Wednesday said it is allocating as much as $650 million for capital expenditures in 2015, in order to boost its network capacity. Globe president and CEO Ernest Cu said more than half of the capex will be used to increase the capacity of its long-term evolution (LTE) network.
