NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fitch Ratings has affirmed Paraguay’s ratings as follows: –Long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) at ‘BB-‘; Outlook revised to Positive from Stable; –Senior unsecured foreign and local currency bonds at ‘BB-‘; –Country Ceiling at ‘BB’; –Short-term foreign currency IDR at ‘B’.
