Envision Healthcare to Acquire Phoenix Physicians

+0.14% EVHC (Envision or Company) announced its EmCare division has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Phoenix Physicians, LLC (Phoenix Physicians). The deal is expected to add an estimated $125 million in revenues and approximately 800,000 patient encounters annually.
