GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman (CNS) — Ministry officials were clearly warned by the Office of the Auditor General about conflicts presented by the makeup of the Central Planning Authority, including the board’s chair, but did nothing to heed advice, the Public Accounts Committee heard Wednesday.
