Africa needs effective regulatory agencies, says Mwanakatwe

SHIKANDA KAWANGA, Livingstone MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Margaret Mwanakatwe has urged African governments to establish and strengthen capacities of regulatory and competition agencies for them to cope with emerging issues in their markets.
