Iraqi Kurds one step closer to setting up special court for IS suspects

A new milestone on the road to setting up an internationally backed special criminal court to prosecute Islamic State (IS) members was laid on Wednesday, raising the possibility that the groups’ leaders detained in the Middle East and beyond may be brought to justice in Iraq.
