Summer-like heat hits Syracuse, just misses breaking 76-year-old record

By James McClendon | syracuse.com Syracuse, N.Y. ― Today was almost the warmest April 10 since temperatures reached 82 degrees in 1945, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures reached a high of 81 degrees at around 5 p.m. Saturday at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
