The two have been allegedly linked to foreign registered firms, Drax International in Dubai and Jaji Investments in Namibia. Drax International representative Delish Nguwaya and then Health Minister Obadiah Moyo were later implicated in the US$60 million Drax Covidgate scandal before they were arrested and released on bail.
