NEW DELHI: The international capital of hawala Naresh Jain, accused of operating and involving several shell units in several countries, has been arrested by the Delhi Police Wing Economic Offlines (EOW). Jain was arrested in Dubai for hawala activities in 2007, by the Narcotics Control Bureau in 2009 and later by the Enforcement Directorate.
