By Bob Sandrick, special to cleveland.com BROOK PARK, Ohio – A 23-year-old man was arrested at about 5:30 p.m. Aug. 29 after a stolen car he was driving crashed into a median wall and caught fire on the ramp from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to Ohio 237 northbound.
When police arrived, the man was unconscious.
