Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Nick Coatsworth says health authorities are still discussing when international travel could re-open, in particular the proposed ‘Trans Tasman bubble’ with New Zealand. Dr Coatsworth did stress international travel re-openings would be in the medium term, not the short term.
