The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is in favor of holding the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) election of officers despite the cancellation of the Tokyo Olympics. IOC member Mikee Jaworski said the POC should push through with its elections this November as mandated by its constitution and by-laws.
