Quito, June 3, 2020. The Ecuadorian Foreign Minister José Valencia today made a call to design “a global strategy in the fields of public health, economy, international trade and for the injection of fresh resources that help economic recovery” in all of the developing countries most strongly impacted by the COVID-19.
