Five individuals have been arrested for remaining in the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) premises without proper permission. The arrests have been made at a raid carried out by the Police Special Task Force (STF) at the arrivals terminal of BIA. Reportedly, 4 out of the 5 arrestees had been engaged in illegal brokering at the premises.
