The deputy chief of South Korea’s National Security Office has arrived in Moscow for talks on the country’s cooperation with Russia and regional issues. President Moon Jae-in’s deputy security adviser Kim Hyun-chong arrived at Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow at 4:20 p.m., Wednesday.
