By Martin Mou Chinese hotpot-restaurant operator Haidilao International Holding Ltd. (6862.HK) has suspended operations of its restaurants in mainland China until Jan. 31. Haidilao had 593 restaurants as of June 30, 2019, and 550 were in 116 mainland Chinese cities.
