Sonardyne International, subsea technology and systems provider, has acquired maritime software and equipment specialist EIVA A/S. The provider of underwater acoustic, inertial, optical and sonar technology said in a press release that EIVA will join the Sonardyne group of companies while remaining an independent business and brand.
