By Chioma Onuegbu. Uyo—AN indigenous oil servicing firm in Akwa Ibom State, Pioneer Divers International Limited, has dragged Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, to a state High Court, Eket Judicial Division, for alleged breach of the local content laws.
