A Welsh rugby club will have no shortage of experience in their corner when they play in the final of the WRU National Bowl at the Principality Stadium later this month. Abergavenny RFC’s player-coach is former Heineken Cup winner and nine-times capped Welsh back-rower Nathan Thomas, who at 43 is still going strong at the Bailey Park club.
