According to Foreign Minister Manuel Augusto, at the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, speaking to the press on Saturday, in the context of the SADC Council of Ministers meeting, held under the motto “Youth and its role in the region” the meeting recommended the transformation of the Parliamentary Forum into the Regional Parliament.
