YEREVAN. The final solution to the Karabakh conflict shall be the international recognition of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Iveta Tonoyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction at the National Assembly, noted the aforementioned during Monday’s press briefing at the parliament.
