MINISTER of State Joseph Harmon, has said that Guyana has received high commendation from the international community, particularly the United Nations Convention to Combat Climate Change (UNCCD), for a job well done in successfully hosting the 17th Session of the Committee for Review of Implementation of the Convention (CRIC 17).
