CHANDIGARH: Coming down heavily upon the Punjab government, which it said was not cooperating as far as Chandigarh international airport was concerned, the Punjab and Haryana high court, on Thursday, summoned the state chief secretary and directed its advocate general to be present on the next date of hearing on February 25.
