London court of international arbitration ruled in a dispute of companies Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov against “Naftogaz of Ukraine” on the implementation of the shareholders ‘ agreement “Ukrnafta”. The state company was forced to pay 75% of the court costs of the plaintiffs.
