The International University Sports Federation (FISU) has signed an agreement with the Independent Testing Authority (ITA) on cooperation in the sphere of doping control at the 2019 Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk, the Russian Sports Ministry’s press service reported on Wednesday.
