(RTTNews) – WESCO International, Inc. (WCC) announced that its WESCO Services, LLC subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Sylvania Lighting Solutions from OSRAM Sylvania. WESCO will acquire SLS’s business operations in the United States and Canada.
