The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the only international mission tasked with mediating the peace talks over Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), is arranging a new summit between the Armenian and Azerbaijani top diplomats later this month, the Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson said today.
