Rain and wind blanket Bay Area, with more storms on the way

Winter isn’t coming. It’s here. After a blustery storm Saturday that delayed flights at San Francisco International Airport, snarled traffic on Sierra Nevada mountain roads and sent big waves crashing over barriers along Bay Area shorelines, the first of at least three more storm systems moved in Sunday, kicking off what looks like a wet week.
