Reading-based community arts group Barrio Alegria will host the International Peruvian Culture and Literature Celebration on Friday. The event, which will be held at the group’s headquarters at 140 N. Fifth St. from 5 to 9 p.m., will display the literature, cuisine and visual art that defines the Latin American Country.
