BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) – Officials from Serbia and Kosovo say an application for membership by Kosovo to join Interpol has been rejected by the international police organization’s General Assembly. Kosovo’s government confirmed it lost the vote at the meeting in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Tuesday.
