Ezekiel Kiprop of and Kidist Fiseha Tedla of Ethiopia won their men’s and women’s titles respectively at the 2018 China-ASEAN International Marathon on Saturday. Kiprop finished in 2:23:40, beating Ethiopian Habtegebrel Abebe Gizachew and Chinese Shi Yanghe.
