NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday arrested a key absconding accused in the 2016 Nagrota terror attack case, Abdul Hamid Khandey, at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here while he was trying to escape to Saudi Arabia via Sri Lanka.
