Travelers can get to Oakland and Las Vegas from Santa Barbara Airport starting this week. The first Contour Airlines flight to Oakland International Airport will take off at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday. A one-way ticket costs $79. Contour will provide daily service to Oakland.
