Speech at the UN Poroshenko Poroshenko said the peacekeepers in the Donbass should extinguish the conflict, not freeze it

Ukraine needs an international mission with a clear and broad authority, which will be able to extinguish the conflict in the occupied Donbas and not freeze it. This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko speech during the 73rd General Assembly of the United Nations.
