The first week of the The Bibliotheca Alexandrina’s annual International Summer Festival kicks off on 16 July, opening with a concert by Jordanian band Autostrad at the Open Air Theatre. Autostrad, which was founded in 2007 in Amman, has performed in Egypt many times, including a concert series in Cairo and Alexandria, always to packed audiences.
