‘OUT OF TOUCH’ Foreign Aid boss says Britons ‘don’t understand’ positives of £14bn budget

THE BOSS of the foreign aid department has outrageously said voter are opposed the £14billion budget because they don’t understand what it is spent on. The permanent secretary at the Department for International Development (Dfid), Matthew Rycroft, has said the budget was only a small proportion of Britain’s national income.
