A FISHGUARD photographer attended a glittering awards ceremony last week after being shortlisted for an international photography competition with his stunning shot of a rock pipit on the security fence of Harbour. Fishguard Stephen Lucas’ unique image was picked from entries from across the globe for the international My Perspective competition.
