Wellington’s winds proved too much for a temporary ice hockey rink. The international ice hockey game between Team Canada and Team USA at Westpac Stadium was initially scheduled for last night. It was delayed and then postponed until this afternoon after a pipe containing an agent to make the ice freeze burst.
