Twenty-four-year-old University of the West Indies student Jerome Palmer, who is pursuing a BSc in international relations, is today giving God thanks for second chances. The script for his life was a perfect one for failure, but something inside him wanted more, and that gave him all the strength and determination he needed to go for it.
