CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuela’s all-powerful National Constitutional Assembly has named as its new chief a man deemed by U.S. officials to be an international drug trafficker. Socialist party boss Diosdado Cabello took the oath as the assembly’s president Tuesday.
