A Kolkata-bound IndiGo flight with 178 passengers on board had to be flown back to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International airport after it suffered a bird-hit within 25 minutes of its take off from the city airport at 6.40 am on Tuesday. It caused the flight to delay by two hours. IndiGo 6E-125 took off at its scheduled departure time.
