Minister of State (Independent) for Youth Affairs and Sports Rajyavardhan Rathore has sanctioned a special financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to former International Archer and Arjun Awardee Limba Ram who is suffering from neurodegenerative disease and presently undergoing treatment in Jaipur.
