The International Association of Rights and Freedoms (IARF) has held the international community and the UN Mission in Libya responsible for the crimes that are being committed by Dignity Operation forces against the people of Derna. In a statement on Thursday, the IARF demanded a full lift of the siege imposed on the city and to stop the shelling.
