New York: Kuwait’s permanent representative at the UN headquarters in New York, Ambassador Mansour Al Otaibi affirmed that his country will seek to constructively negotiate with the Council’s 15 members to come out with a fruitful result regarding the provision of international protection for the Palestinian people.
