Prime Minister Dr Edouard Ngirente on Thursday launched the Rwanda Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institute (RTTI) in Kicukiro, Kigali. It was constructed in partnership with Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) at $6 million (roughly Rwf5 billion).
