Freezing rain and ice pellets are hitting Toronto ahead of a potential ice storm on Sunday. Toronto’s Pearson International Airport says more than 190 arriving flights and more than 190 departing flights have been cancelled on Saturday. Some colleges and universities in the Greater Toronto Area have cancelled classes and exams.
